Fun on the water in London

Those visiting London this time of year (summer!) may want to make the most of the summer weather by seeking out some fun water activities in London.

Get out onto the River Thames and get a unique view of England's capital city.

London activity providers offer a range of fun things to do on the Thames, and the other nearby London water ways, including the Regents Canal and the Serpentine.

Choose from a range of London River Cruises (some of which are partnered with the bus tour companies to offer water and land based tours), or get yourself onto a London Duck tour and see London from the land and the Thames on the same Amphibious vehicle, or maybe take a more sedate Dinner Cruise taking in the night lights of London.

And for the more althletic why not try your hand at kayaking in London, or take a London based scuba diving course.

And for the 'more mad' why not visit Hampton Pool and take a swim in the open air swimming pool (lido) which is open all year round (YES - it is heated!)

Snorkel and flippers at the ready......
