Belgium Brewery Tours

Fancy a few beers? Do you like a beer? Well it certainly appears that the Belgians like their beer.

Belgium is world famous for its beers – both the range and quality of its numerous beers.

As well as the world famous beer brands such as Stella Artois and Hoegaarden, Belgium produces hundreds of interesting and varied brews.

Local favorites like the Jupiler pils and Kriek cherry beers are backed up with hundreds of other flavours and varieties – white beers, light beers, brown beers, dark beers and fruit beers!

And we best not forget (although they do tend to make you forget quite a bit of your evening!) the famously strong Trappiste beers brewed in the Belgian monasteries.

So keen are the Belgians on their beers that many restaurants will have a separate menu solely for the beers showing your choices and the ABV strengths of each option.

There is even a small brewery on the main square in the capital city - The Grande Place in Brussels.

So where better for the Beer Enthusiast to visit for a beer tour - on offer there are numerous Belgian Brewery Tours, across the country.

Take a look at the Belgium Activities Map, on http://www.thingstodoinbelgium.com/ which shows hundreds of visitor attractions across the country to plan your trip.

Bottoms up, and make sure they do not put too much mayo on your chips!
